Where the geographic location and micro-climate give us the chance to obtain a refined wine. Rainy autumns and warm springs encourage blossoming of the vines whilst sunny summers and variant temperatures between day and night, lead to a slow maturing process.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Another key is a deep respect for nature. We do not want to change this privileged environment so we have always been practicing sustainable and organic farming. And now from the 2022 vintage, we have the official organic wine certification.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>GRAPE VARIETIES<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Along the gentle sloping hillsides and valleys, the estate has a total of 55 Hectares in vineyards. A robust indigenous variety of the area which dark bodied slowly ageing wines. Flavoured with raspberry and strawberry.[\/vc_column_text][\/toggle][toggle color=&#8221;Default&#8221; heading_tag=&#8221;default&#8221; title=&#8221;Grenache&#8221; id=&#8221;b1&#8243;][vc_column_text]<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The vineyards of this variety cover an area of 4.2 hectares. It is a Spanish variety that is resistant to drought. Its wines tend to be alcoholic, aromatic and fruity. Our wine (\u00a8Garnacha\u00a8, Grenache in Spanish) has a medium-high and crispy acidity apart from these characteristics.\u00a0\u00a0<\/span>[\/vc_column_text][\/toggle][toggle color=&#8221;Default&#8221; heading_tag=&#8221;default&#8221; title=&#8221;Cabernet Sauvignon&#8221; id=&#8221;b2&#8243;][vc_column_text]The vineyards of this variety represents approximately 12% of the total Finca San Blas. The main characteristics of this grape are intense color and thick skins which produce tasty dark wines with gooseberry, tobacco and chocolate undertones. It is late Maturing with balanced acidity and aged gracefully in Oak.[\/vc_column_text][\/toggle][toggle color=&#8221;Default&#8221; heading_tag=&#8221;default&#8221; title=&#8221;Merlot&#8221; id=&#8221;b3&#8243;][vc_column_text]Occupying 12% of the total area of the Finca San Blas. Less tannic than the Cabernet it gives a sweeter wine with earlier ripening with overtones of plums and gooseberry.[\/vc_column_text][\/toggle][toggle color=&#8221;Default&#8221; heading_tag=&#8221;default&#8221; title=&#8221;Merseguera&#8221; id=&#8221;b5&#8243;][vc_column_text]<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The vineyards of this variety cover an area of 3 hectares. It is a white variety native to Valencia and is highly resistant to drought. Its wines are light, herbaceous and generally fruity. At San Blas, blending it with Chardonnay, we make two whites (\u00a8Conveniencia\u00a8 and \u00a8Finca San Blas Blanco\u00a8) with structure and complexity.<\/span>[\/vc_column_text][\/toggle][toggle color=&#8221;Default&#8221; heading_tag=&#8221;default&#8221; title=&#8221;Chardonnay&#8221; id=&#8221;b6&#8243;][vc_column_text]In 2006 2 hectares of this variety were planted. This is a white wine variety with body and sophistication. It has a golden hue and attractive gloss. With a suggestion of aromas of flower and fruits, bananas and pineapple.
